Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and slice the fresh strawberries into thin pieces. Set aside to release their natural juices which will help create the sauce.
  2. Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper to ensure flavorful and juicy meat after cooking.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
  4. Make the Strawberry Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in sliced strawberries, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), apple cider vinegar, and honey (natural). Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to meld flavors and thicken slightly. Add a small amount of natural gelling agent if necessary to reach the desired sauce consistency.
