Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti or linguine until just tender, about one minute less than package instructions. Drain well and set aside to avoid overcooking.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped smoked turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Using the same skillet, sauté the finely diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant and softened, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, apple cider vinegar (natural), vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and natural gelling agent. Cook gently, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens to a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded cooked chicken and crispy turkey bacon back into the skillet with the sauce. Mix in half of the shredded plant-based cheese (plant-based), reserving the rest for topping. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Bake the Tetrazzini: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the remaining plant-based cheese (plant-based) evenly over the top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
