Instructions

  2. Roll and Fill the Dough: Punch down risen dough and roll out on floured surface into a 15 by 10 inch rectangle. Spread softened plant-based butter evenly over dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over the buttered dough.
  3. Shape the Rolls: Starting from one long edge, roll dough into a long log. Slice into 1.5 to 2 inch thick pieces. Place rolls cut-side up in greased baking pan with space between each.
