Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice the beef against the grain for tenderness. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and mince the garlic and ginger to ensure a smooth and quick cooking process.
  2. Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce (natural), brown sugar (natural), minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil (natural), vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl to create a balanced and flavorful sauce.
