  • 1 tsp ground coriander (natural)
  • 1 tsp paprika (natural)
  • 1 tbsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural)
  • 3/4 cup plant-based cream
  • 1 tsp natural gelling agent

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the plant-based yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade until each piece is fully coated. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
